Sofitel Sydney, Darling Harbour

This was the first new-build luxury hotel to open in Sydney since before the city hosted the Olympics in 2000.

Developed by LendLease, this contemporary French designed hotel, built on Darling Harbour’s waterfront, beside the new International Convention Centre, features three bars, nine meeting rooms and infinity pool.

RemoteHQ managed a complex stakeholder matrix and dual network (ICN and hotel). The team established a pre-opening office, which was then relocated at practical completion and handed over to an internal IT Manager, with minimal distruption.

RemoteHQ continues to provide specialist IT support to Jerry and his team.
