The project introduced Australia’s first kiosks as the primary check-in method for a 5-star hotel, online check-in, mobile key integration, and a guest room management system for power and aircon monitoring. Additional upgrades included a new POS, PMS, and pay-at-table ordering solutions—a first for Accor hotels in the region.
The heritage-listed hotel remained operational throughout, requiring RemoteHQ to relocate lobby operations multiple times and relocate teams to minimise disruptions. The team’s expertise, availability, and site knowledge enabled seamless integration of new systems, flexible operations, and successful third-party F&B operator collaboration.
